- Wait for a candle to cross and stay above the top line of the Keltner Channel.
- Confirm that the candle is above the 5-period moving average.
- Let the current candle close and, before the next one starts, check the Stochastic Oscillator.
- Ensure that the Stochastic Oscillator shows an upward trend and that there is a safe distance between the stochastic lines (indicating no imminent crossover).
Bearish Entry:
Wait for a candle to cross and stay below the bottom line of the Keltner Channel.
Confirm that the candle is below the 5-period moving average.
Let the current candle close and, before the next one starts, check the Stochastic Oscillator.
Ensure that the Stochastic Oscillator shows a downward trend and that there is a safe distance between the stochastic lines (indicating no imminent crossover).

How to Get Trading Signals Using This Combined Indicator:
- When a candle crosses above the top line of the Keltner Channel and sustains above it, and at the same time, the candle is above the 5-period moving average, wait for the candle to close. Before the next candle starts, check the Stochastic Oscillator. Ensure that the Stochastic Oscillator indicates an upward trend and that there is a safe distance between the stochastic lines.
- When a candle crosses below the bottom line of the Keltner Channel and sustains below it, and at the same time, the candle is below the 5-period moving average, wait for the candle to close.
