⦿ Now, let’s return to our strategy.
We will trade using two indicators: SMA 50 and Keltner Channel {20,10,1}.
① Moving Average ( SMA-50 )
➼ Condition A: If the market is trading above the moving average and the moving average line is pointing upwards, then we are ready to find an upside (Call) trade.
➼ Condition B: If the market is trading below the moving average and the moving average line is pointing downward, then we are ready to find a downside (Put) trade.
② Keltner Channel {20,10,1}
We trade on breakouts (Call side) and breakdowns (Put side) at the outer line of the Keltner Channel. However, wait for additional conditions to confirm the trade. Check below for more details.
⦿ Final Version of our strategy
In this strategy, we will trade for 1 minute (clock time) on a 30-second candle chart using two indicators: 1. SMA-50 and 2. Keltner Channel.
⦿ We Basically take two types of trades: UP and DOWN.
Upside (Call): If the market is above the moving average and between the Keltner Channel lines, we will take a trade when a 31 to 60-second candle crosses the upper line of the Keltner Channel. After the candle crosses, we can take a trade for the next 1 minute (clock time).
Downside (Put): If the market is below the moving average and between the Keltner Channel lines, we will take a trade when a 31 to 60-second candle crosses the lower line of the Keltner Channel. After the candle crosses, we can take a trade for the next 1 minute (clock time)
